Aim & Objectives
The implementation of openIMIS in Nepal provides a great opportunity for countries or scheme operators exploring the use of the tool to learn about the advantages that itncould have on their scheme. In this regard, the Health Insurance Board of Nepal and GIZ Support to the Health Sector Programme in Nepal are organizing a 3 day study-tour in Nepal to allow participants to observe the use of openIMIS for various business processes. The study tour will provide the participants to interact with various officials from the scheme operator, health service providers, and beneficiaries.
