Sources of Funding
GIZ is represented in the openIMIS Initiative in two roles, which both contribute funds to the current request for application:
- the sector initiative "Social Protection" as part of the GIZ Department for Sector and Global Programmes (GloBe) disburses funds from the German and Swiss Development Corporations through the openIMIS Initiative co-ordination desk to furhter improve the software and to strenghten the communitites around openIMIS.
- the bi-lateral GIZ Programme "Support to the Health Sector" in Nepal disburses funds to further enhance openIMIS funtionality to meet requirements from the Nepali implmentation.
