Must have working experience in OpenIMIS openIMIS country level implementation
Must have working experience in requirement elicitation and business process document preparation.
Must have experience in configuring, installing, and deploying features and updates on Linux server.
Knowledge of digital health ecosystem in Ethiopia and understanding fundamentals of health insurance systems including OpenIMIS openIMIS is a plus.
Working experience in python programming language and particularly in Django framework
Working experience in open health information exchange & interoperability frameworks like OpenHIE
Expert level experience in user and system manuals preparation
Expert level experience in preparing training materials and provide training
Expert level experience in IT project management
Experience working with material ui, flutter, react, javascript, html, dom, ajax, css3,Asp,net ...etc.
Must have expert level knowledge in database system e.g, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, GraphQL
