The openIMIS Stakeholder Committee currently consists of the following members, who each hold a vote and contribute to the Initiative. Each of the following organisations will have a vote in any major voting process. Organisations must designate an alternate in case the primary voting member is unavailable.

The secretariat will be responsible for organising the meetings of the Steering GroupStakeholder Committee, to facilitate the setting of the agenda, and to disseminate information to all Steering Group Stakeholder Committee members.
