Digital Square will be hosting two Question and Answer (Q&A) calls about the Notice C process. The calls are scheduled for one hour on June 28 at 1:00 PM EST and July 12 at 12:00 PM EST. Please note that both calls will be on the same topic and are presented and two different times for convenience of schedule. Attending both is not necessary. The Q&A calls will cover:
- How to submit a concept note,
- How to use the Open Proposal Process Platform,
- The open application process in general.
Digital Square will be sending out calendar invitations shortly–please accept the meeting invitation that works best for you. There will not be presentations during the Q&A calls, rather the floor will be open for questions and discussions regarding Notice C. The deadline for submitting proposals was July 30 2018.
A total of 6 proposals were submitted in response to the call:
- CERHIS: connect small hospitals and health centers to OpenIMIS – AEDES
- Develop a claim submission, enrollment and enrollment verification module with a clinical point of service application using the relevant HL7 FHIR standards, openIMIS and OpenMRS – SolDevelo/SwissTPH
- Healthcare Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) Module for openIMIS – Zagreb Excellence Institute/Audenta Consulting
- Modular transformation of openIMIS – HISP India
- Integrating openIMIS with Bahmni: A Nepal-Based Proof-of-Concept Project – Possible Health Nepal
- Prototype for a generic health insurance claim management system - linked to existing OpenIMIS and OpenMRS – Bluesquare
The Digital Square team will be reviewing the proposals in accordance to the schedule posted on the Open Proposal Platform:
- Concept Note Phase: June 19–July 30
- Concept Note Review Phase: July 31
- Proposal Co-Creation Phase: August 1–September 3
- Proposal Finalization Phase: September 4–September 18
- Peer Review Committee Review Phase: September 19–October 10
- Board Review: Mid-to-Late November
- Awards Announced: Late November to Early December
