Wrong message
Description
I add G34 on a 10 yo female , it got rejected OK (only for adult Women) but the error message is wrong
this insuree 111111114 has no approved past G34, therefore frequency cannot be the reason (her mother had G34)
can you confirm that the frequency is per insuree and not policy ?

The frequency constraint is per insuree. It is a medical constarint.
